FAQ

No sound is playing

Make sure your device isn't on silent and the volume is up. Tap a sound tile to activate it, then raise its level with the slider.

Playback stops when I lock the screen

RestMix supports background playback. If it stops, check that Background App Refresh is enabled in iOS Settings.

I bought Pro but it isn't unlocked

Open the paywall and tap "Restore Purchases", or relaunch the app. If it still doesn't apply, contact us via the form.

I want to cancel my subscription

Go to iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, and cancel anytime. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.

I changed devices

Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall.
